I cannot Concentrate!!!-Ever had this problem???

Did you ever not utter to yourself  "I cannot concentrate" once in a lifetime?Certainly, not me.This phrase "I cant concentrate" became a part of my day to day schedule.I am sure that I am not the only person facing this problem. So I thought I would help those out having this problem of Low memory with some tips to throw away I cannot Concentrate syndrome once and forever from your daily routine. Here are some tips

1.Drink wine or Eat a candy

This sounds too good to be true. But a team of Scientists from Oxford University recently proved that wine and chocolate can enhance concentration, improve test scores and slow the progress of age-related cognitive decline. Their studies show that both wine and chocolate (and tea as well, though it's not nearly as much fun) contain a sub-class of subclass of dietary polyphenols called flavonoids, and flavonoids appear to be good for the brain.I wish they had informed this to my parents when I was a baby.

2.Smell Peppermint
Every morning once you get up,just after your brushing just smell a peppermint.Peppermint has been scientifically found to increase memory and concentration

3.See and Watch Red
Science has long before understood the power of color to moods.Green is linked with peace while yellow is linked with cheerfulness and red with aggresiveness and anger. But a recent study by the Scientists from British University proved that both red and blue can provide a substantial boost to cognitive activities. According to the study, tests showed that red enhanced performance on attention-demanding tasks.

4.Catch a nap
But set your alarm. Studies show that naps as short as five minutes long can improve alertness and concentration and enhance memory processes. But timing is key; we appear to be biologically programmed to benefit from a long period of sleep at night, but from only a short period of sleep in the middle of the day. So keep your naps brief.

This four should will drastically reduce your I cannot concentrate Syndrome.
